YoYo Privacy Policy

Short version: YoYo is free and ad-free. It does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data to teJai Technologies in the current release.

Who Provides the App

YoYo is provided by teJai Technologies LLC, 9191 Kyser Way, Suite 202, Frisco, Texas 75033 USA. The parent company website is www.tejai.tech.

Information Stored in the App

The app may allow users to enter Yo-Yo test results, selected protocol, level, shuttle, notes, height, weight, gender, and related profile inputs. This information is used inside the app to calculate estimates and display history, tables, graphs, and progress over time.

How Information Is Used

Information is used inside the app to run timed tests, save results, estimate distance, duration, VO2max, calories burned, level, shuttle, overall rating, and show progress analytics. VO2max and calorie values are estimates for training and informational use only.

Local-First Storage

YoYo does not require a developer-hosted account and does not automatically upload test records to teJai Technologies. Test information is intended to remain on the user's device unless the user chooses to share or export information through device-level tools.

Advertising, Tracking, and Analytics

YoYo does not show ads, does not use advertising trackers, and does not use the Android Advertising ID. The current release does not use third-party analytics services.

Health and Fitness Estimates

YoYo may calculate fitness estimates from entered test performance and profile inputs. These estimates are for training and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision support, or emergency monitoring.

Children

YoYo is intended for general fitness testing use by athletes, coaches, and teams. The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Deletion

Because YoYo does not operate a server account system in the current release, there is no cloud account to delete. Users can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app or clearing app data on their device.
